A1C Thomas Mahovsky plays euphonium and trombone with the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West, Travis AFB, CA.  Originally from Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, his Air Force career began in 2016.

A1C Mahovsky is currently a DMA candidate at the University of Minnesota.  In 2014 he received a Master's degree at the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University.  His teachers include Dr. John Tranter, Dr. Brian Bowman, and Dr. Brian Meixner.
