Newspaper Ads are provided in four sizes based on Standard Advertising Unit (SAE) specifications. Each ad is provided in two versions--with a mail-in ticket coupon and without a coupon. Ad artwork has been created as PDF files. These files can be opened using Illustrator or Photoshop or be imported/placed into a page layout program such as Quark Xpress, PageMaker or InDesign. Please be sure to update the text fields to reflect the concert date, time and location. If you are using an ad with a ticket coupon, you must also update the text field for the mail-in address. You can also find an easy to view JPEG to assist you. Please note: if ad artwork must be resized to conform to your newspaper's column widths, please ensure the aspect ratio (width to height ratio) remains the same so that the images do not become distorted.

Tickets are used for most of our sponsored events. Ticket art is provided in both Microsoft Word format and as PDF files. Either version can be used. The artwork is laid up with three tickets per 8-1/2x11" page (three-up) or as a single ticket (one-up). Before printing, the tickets must be updated to reflect the concert date, time and location. Cut marks are included on the page layout to facilitate the trimming of individual tickets from the three-up layout. Please note: because of the embedded graphics, these files are large and may take considerable time to spool to your printer.

Flyers can be a highly efficient and cost-effective method of getting the word out about the concert. We have two sizes of flyers (8-1/2x11" and 11x17") in both color and black and white. They can be printed on office laser printers using standard paper. The flyers are provided as PDF files and are also laid out in Microsoft Word for ease of use. Before printing you must update the text boxes to reflect the concert date, time and location.
