Vocalists and Buglers from the USAF Band of the Golden West perform for official functions, ceremonies, and major sporting and community events, providing the appropriate dignity and honor required for anthems, Taps, and other patriotic musical support. Vocalists and Buglers have the distinct privilege of representing The United States Air Force and the Armed Forces as a whole at military celebrations, memorial services for fallen heroes, and major sporting events including the 2014 World Series.

As part of the Band of the Golden West, the mission of our vocal soloists and buglers is to harness musical excellence to HONOR our nation and those who have served, INSPIRE patriotism and resilience in our Airmen, Guardians, and nations’ citizens, and CONNECT the Air Force with the American public and community partners. Their excellence precision reflects the excellence displayed by all Airmen stationed worldwide, whose selfless service and sacrifices ensure the freedoms enjoyed by citizens of the United States of America.
