The Airman of Note of the United States Air Force Band perform for a full house at the Davis Theater in Montgomery, Ala., Dec. 13, 2017.In 1942, Capt. Glenn Miller, a musician, used his talent to raise morale with a holiday concert. In 1982, Air University revived the concert in honor of its 40th anniversary. Air University and the City of Montgomery jointly host the free holiday concert annually to pay homage to Miller's 1942 event. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Chad Randolph.)
