Band Performs in East Brookfield, MA

EAST BROOKFIELD, MA --  3 July 2014 - The Air National Guard Band of the Northeast performed to a large audience at the East Brookfield Elementary School in East Brookfield, MA.

Highlights of the evening included performances of several Sousa marches, patriotic favorites such as "God Bless America", Motown favorites, A featured trombone solo (performed by Technical Sergeant Andrew Lowe) and powerful concert pieces such as Bernstein's "Overture to Candide". High Altitude, the rock band component of the Air National Guard Band of the Northeast, also performed several rock/pop favorites.

Local Cub Scout and Boy Scout troops also participated in the event by presenting the colors before the concert and serving as assistants and ushers.
