Unfortunately, due to the current sequestration guidelines, The United States Air Force Band has cancelled the annual holiday concerts at DAR, Constitution Hall.

All Air Force units, to include The United States Air Force Band, have stopped all planned travel and curtailed all other spending costs as the Department of Defense put into action their sequestration budget plan. The guidance for the military musical and ceremonial units included travel and performance restrictions, as well as the cancellation of all public performances which would incur cost to the Department of Defense. The four highly popular concerts typically took place the first weekend of December and have been a staple in the Band's schedule for more than four decades.

The Band is currently planning several alternative performances throughout the Washington, D.C. area which are sure to delight audiences of all ages. These festive, free performances will showcase many of the Band's performing ensembles. Keep an eye on the Band's website and social media pages for up-to-the-minute concert announcements and performance information.
