Washington, D.C. --  The results of the latest promotion board for The U. S. Air Force Band are in, and we are proud to announce that 9 Band members have been selected to be promoted.

On Aug. 1, 2014, being promoted to the rank of chief master sergeant:
Senior Master Sgt. Deborah Volker

On Aug. 1, 2014, being promoted to the rank of senior master sergeant:
Master Sgt. Jennifer Cox
Master Sgt. Brian MacDonald
Master Sgt. Brian Sands

On Aug. 1, 2014, being promoted to the rank of master sergeant:

Through their devotion to duty and the demonstration of exquisite technical skills, these Airmen musicians have attained and displayed the skills and leadership necessary to assume higher levels of responsibility.
