The USAF Band of the West Performs with Clarinet Virtuoso Eddie Daniels

Lackland AFB, Texas --  The USAF Band of the West Concert Band and Dimensions in Blue Jazz Ensemble will be Performing at the Lila Cockrel Theatre inside the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention center in conjunction with the 2008 Texas Bandmasters Convention.  The performance will showcase the talents of soloist Eddie Daniels.  A former member of the Thad Jones - Mel Lewis Orchestra, Mr. Daniels has received numerous Grammy Awards and nominations as a clarinet virtuoso in both jazz and classical music.  The performance will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27th.  The performance is free and open to the public and tickets are not required.
