Chamber Players: A Closer Look

There will be several exciting opportunities to catch small ensembles and soloists from The USAF Band in more intimate concert settings throughout the month of March.  In Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., the Chamber Players Series will present six programs featuring members of the Air Force Strings, Concert Band and Singing Sergeants. Here are the details:

Wednesday, Mar 3
An Afternoon of Music for Violin, featuring TSgt Mark Dorosheff
2:00 p.m., Reston Community Center, 2310 Colts Neck Road, Reston, Va.

Friday, Mar 5
An Evening of Music for Brass Quintet, featuring The USAF Band's own "Blue 82"
8:00 p.m., George Washington Masonic Memorial, 101 Callahan Drive, Alexandria, Va.

Friday, March 5
Workshop with Canadian Brass & The USAF Brass Quintet
2 - 3 p.m., Duke Ellington School of the Arts, 3500 R St., N.W., Washington, D.C.
