Every year, The United States Air Force Band's Chamber Players Series gives the public an opportunity to enjoy up-close, free performances by small ensembles from the Band. Featuring soloists and small instrumental ensembles, these recitals provide Washington, D.C. audiences a wonderful opportunity to enjoy excellent performances of a wide variety of musical genres.

There will be several opportunities in November and December to enjoy a free concert by one of our world-class chamber ensembles.

On Thursday, November 4, at 8 p.m., there will be a performance at the John Addison Concert Hall at Harmony Hall Regional Center in Fort Washington, Md. The program will feature an evening of music for brass quintet.

There will be three performances at the George Washington Masonic Memorial, located at 101 Callahan Drive, Alexandria, Va. On Friday, November 12, the saxophone section of the Concert Band will present a program of saxophone quartet music. The program on Friday, November 19, will feature Master Sgt. Cleveland Chandler performing music by Beethoven for violin. Finally, on Friday, December 19, The Air Force Band's own "Blue 82" will present an evening of music for brass quintet. All concerts at the George Washington Masonic Memorial begin at 8 p.m.

Chamber Players Series concerts are presented from September through May in metropolitan Washington, D.C., venues. Programs have been presented at the White House Visitor Center, the Millennium Stage at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Montgomery College.

We hope you can attend one of our free Chamber Players performances in November and December!
