JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, D.C. -- For the second consecutive year, members of The United States Air Force Band's Ceremonial Brass took part in the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. At this year's game on Feb. 6, percussionists Master Sgt. Chris Martin and Tech. Sgt. Nathan Lavy took the field with an Armed Forces Color Guard contingency from Washington, D.C. The United States Air Force Honor Guard--stationed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling with The USAF Band--was also part of the joint service formation.

Over 103,000 spectators watched the game at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Tex., and the event was viewed by over 111 million people in the U.S. and was broadcast worldwide to over 30 countries.
