Chamber recitals continue thru May

The U.S. Air Force Band's Chamber recitals offers audiences in the National Capital Region the opportunity to see performances by vocalists and instrumentalists from the various ensembles of this premier Air Force organization. Between now and Memorial Day, there will be eight programs at The Lyceum in Alexandria, Va. Here are the details:

Friday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m.
An Evening of Music for Brass featuring Master Sgt. Brett Miller and Tech. Sgts. Matthew Misener and Joshua Cullum

Saturday, Feb. 16 at 8 p.m.
An Evening of Music for Viola featuring Tech. Sgt. Wayne Graham

Friday, Feb. 22 at 8 p.m.
An Evening of Music for Clarinet Quartet featuring Tech. Sgts. Sara Wollmacher, Kristin King, Brian Wahrlich and Laura Henry

Saturday, March 9 at 8 p.m.
An Evening of Music for Woodwind Quintet featuring Master Sgt. Kevin Darrow, Tech. Sgt. Eddie Sanders and Master Sgts. Brooke Emery, John Romano and Jeremy Koch

Friday, March 29 at 8 p.m.
An Evening of Music for Soprano and Clarinet featuring Tech. Sgts. Sara Wollmacher & Mandi Harper

Friday, May 3 at 8 p.m.
An Evening of Folk Music featuring Master Sgts. Eric Sullivan and Anne Baker and Tech. Sgts. Joseph Haughton, Julia Brundage, Emily Wellington, Amanda Harper and Aaron Paige

Friday, May 10 at 8 p.m.
An Evening of Music for Clarinet, Cello and Flute featuring Master Sgts. Brian McCurdy and Jennifer Moore Tersero and Tech. Sgt. Josh Kowalsky

The Lyceum is located at 201 S. Washington Street in Alexandria, Va.

An Afternoon of Music for Violin featuring Tech. Sgt. Nathan Wisnieswki

Sunday, Apr. 21 at 3 p.m.
An Afternoon of Music for String Quartet featuring Tech. Sgt. Nathan Wisnieswki, Master Sgts. Charles McKinster and Henry Tyszler, and Tech. Sgt. Matthew Maffet.
