Airman First Class Kermit Perez Niehoff is an audio engineer with the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West. Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, his Air Force career began in 2026.
A1C Perez Niehoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts from Full Sail University in 2020, where he developed a strong foundation in audio engineering principles, recording techniques, and production workflows. He later completed a Master of Business Administration in Marketing in 2022, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and social media management, strengthening his ability to support and grow brands within the modern digital landscape. From 2023 to 2025, he worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, where he gained professional experience in a fast-paced, high-standard environment that required precision, teamwork, and consistency in delivering audio experiences.
In addition to his work in audio engineering, A1C Perez Niehoff is also a musician who plays multiple instruments. He went to “Escuela Libre de Musica Juan Morel Campos” in Ponce, Puerto Rico since he was 10 years old, specializing in the instrument called “Cuatro”, and started performing professionally at age 16, developing a well-rounded perspective on music production and live performances. He takes pride in being dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining a high professional standard in every project. His goal is to contribute to seamless productions while ensuring the highest possible audio quality in every setting.
