Airman First-Class Sean Stineford is a trombonist in the United States Air Force Heartland of America Band stationed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. In addition to performing with Offutt Brass, he is the unit PTL and serves as an alternate VCO and Safety Representative.
A native of Missoula, Montana, A1C Stineford has performed with the Missoula Symphony as principal trombone, the Great Falls Symphony, and performed internationally at the Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia, Italy as well as the Vienne Jazz Festival in Vienne, France.
A1C Stineford completed a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music in trombone performance, both at the University of Montana. His teachers include Robert Tapper and Naomi Siegel.
When not playing music, A1C Stineford enjoys competitive shooting, hunting, fishing, skiing and working out.
