SSgt Kevin Mikulich is an Audio Engineer, USAF Band of the Golden West, Travis AFB, California. His primary responsibilities include mixing live ensembles, mixing and mastering recording sessions, and leading stage teams for setup and teardown of live productions. He is also the Unit Deployment Manager, where he oversees the deployment readiness of the unit and prepares members to travel across the world.
SSgt Mikulich entered the Air Force in May 2024 from Denver, Colorado. Prior to his current position, he served in the Army bands, completing Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson in December 2019 and graduating the Army School of Music in March 2020 before becoming the audio engineer for “Fort Sam’s Own” 323d Army Band in San Antonio, TX. There he served for 3.5 years, completing musical missions in Texas and across the nation in support of U.S. Army North. In February 2023, he graduated the Army Basic Leaders Course.
