A1C Dylan J Wilson serves as a Jazz Trumpeter at The Band of Mid-America. Scott AFB, Illinois. He performs with the Concert Band, Ceremonial Band, Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble, and the Airlifter Brass Quintet. Additionally, he works as a Library Technician on the unit’s music library team.
Originally hailing from Sapulpa, Oklahoma, A1C Wilson is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance in 2023. He began his military career as an enlisted member of the United States Air Force in November 2023.
