Master Sergeant Stephen M. Ceo

 

Master Sgt. Stephen M. Ceo serves as the First Sergeant for The United States Air Force Band, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C. He is the principle advisor on health, morale, welfare, and disciplinary actions. He is charged with maintaining good order and discipline for the squadron’s Airmen and their family’s quality of life. He mentors unit members on professional development and maintains oversight of all issues. He provides feedback to the commander pertaining to force development, military readiness, and mission effectiveness.

Sergeant Ceo is a graduate of Southfield-Lathrup High School, Southfield, Michigan. He began his military career in January 2003 and completed the Security Forces Academy in March 2003. His first duty position was as a Basic Force Protector at Misawa Air Base, Japan. He has held many positions to include Senior Force Protector, Combat Arms Instructor, Non-commissioned Officer In Charge of Combat Arms, Weapon Storage Area Security Supervisor, Weapons Section Chief, Training and Scheduling Superintendent, as well as Flight Chief. Prior to his current position the master sergeant was the Flight Chief, 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron, Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana.
