Airman First Class, Jack McDonald is a bassist hailing from Michigan where he pursued an undergraduate degree in double bass performance and jazz studies from Western Michigan University. Prior to his Air Force enlistment in 2021, McDonald was active in Michigan’s music community, performing with small and large jazz ensembles as well as rock and pop bands. While off-duty, McDonald enjoys hiking, cycling, live music and spending time with family and friends.
