Airman 1st Class Adrianna Parson

Airman First Class (A1C) Adrianna Parson is a vocalist with the United States Air Force (USAF) Band of the West at Joint-Base San Antonio, Lackland, Texas. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, A1C Parson held a career as a triple threat prior to service.

A1C Parson received her formal education in musical theatre performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University located in Chicago, Illinois. She has performed in Equity theatres such as The Marriott Theatre (Chicago), The Alliance Theatre (Atlanta), The Aurora Theatre (Atlanta), and the St. James Theatre (NYC). She also toured the United States with Bring It On: the Musical and then accompanied the show for its Broadway run. A1C Parson was awarded Best Supporting Actress in a Musical from the Black Theatre Alliance for her work at the Bailiwick Chicago (Aida, 2010), and Outstanding Supporting Actor/ Female in a Musical at the 2019 Suzi Bass Awards for her role in a world premiere musical (Men With Money). She has received vocal training from professional vocal coaches such as Jan Smith and Billy Purnell among others.

A1C Parson is grateful for the opportunity to serve and humbled to function as an advocate and ambassador for the arts. She thanks her family for their continued support.
