SrA Grace Gilpatrick is a trumpet player at the USAF Band of the Golden West, Travis AFB. She performs regularly with the Concert Band and Travis Brass Quintet. Originally from State College, PA, she entered the Air Force in May 2021.
SrA Gilpatrick is a 2021 graduate of University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Trumpet Performance. Her teachers include Bob Sullivan, Tom Booth, Hunter Eberly, and Bill Campbell. Prior to joining the Air Force, SrA Gilpatrick was an active freelancer/teacher in the Detroit area, playing with various regional orchestras including the Ann Arbor Symphony, the Centre Philharmonic, the Williamsport Symphony, and the Nittany Valley Symphony.
