Staff Sergeant Brad Femiak

Staff Sergeant Brad Femiak serves as an Audio Engineer for the Band of Mid-America.

Joining the Air Force in 2000, Sergeant Femiak was assigned to the USAF Band of the West, Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX and served as an Audio Engineer. In 2006 he was assigned to the USAF Band of the Pacific at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage AK where he served as an Audio Engineer. In 2012 he was assigned to Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Newport News, VA, where he served as an Audio Engineer. While assigned to the Band of the West he has participated in multiple international tours to locations including Azores, England, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Japan, Korea and Hawaii. While assigned to the Band of the Pacific he has participated in multiple international tours to locations including Guam, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippine Islands, Puerto Rico and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. In 2008 he deployed to Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Iraq.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Sergeant Femiak earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining the Air Force he worked with Cheap Trick, RUSH, Shania Twain, ZZ Top, and others. In 1999, Brad toured with Courtney Love (from the band HOLE) on the Celebrity Skin Tour.
