Senior Airman Corey Simmel is a native of Waxahachie, Texas. He received his Undergraduate Degree in Horn Performance from Baylor University in December of 2018, studying with Jeffrey Powers. While pursing a Masters Degree at Baylor, Airman Simmel joined the Air Force and was assigned to the Band of the West, Lackland AFB, TX. In his spare time, SrA Simmel enjoys spending time with family, friends, and spending time outdoors.
