Airman First Class Jessica Hughes is a native of Round Rock, TX. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Clarinet Performance from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018. In January of 2019, Airman Hughes joined the Air Force and was assigned to the Band of the West, JBSA Lackland, TX.
