Technical Sergeant Nicholas Palensky

Master Sergeant Nicholas Palensky is an Audio Engineer at The United States Air Force Academy Band at Peterson SFB, Colorado.

MSgt Nicholas Palensky provides sound reinforcement and audio/visual productions support for seven musical performance teams, supporting performances across 48 states. He is also the Live Productions Coordinator, managing military and civilian production teams for large-scale events.

MSgt Palensky entered the Air Force in January 2019, after graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Concentration in Music Technology. He was assigned to the Heritage of America Band at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Virginia in March 2019. He was assigned to The Air Force Academy Band in September 2020.

Prior to joining the USAF Bands, he worked as an Audio/Visual Technician at venues around the Omaha, Nebraska metropolitan area as well as various freelance audio/visual and stagehand work.
