Staff Sergeant Elisa Wardeska Elisa Wardeska is a private flute instructor and freelance performer who makes her home in her native Johnson City, Tennessee. She received her Bachelor Degree in Music Therapy from Tennessee Technological University in 1997, where she studied flute under Dr. Roger Martin. From there, she continued her academic studies, receiving her Master's Degree in Special Education from East Tennessee State University in 2001. She is a current performing member of Cambia Flute Ensemble, The Civic Chorale, and is a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force, playing flute and keyboard with the Air National Guard Band of the Smoky Mountains, based in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has performed with the Pro Musica Chamber Orchestra and has been seen on the Main Stage at the Blue Plum Festival in Johnson City, TN, as a member of CameoRose. In August 2007, she made her New York City debut by performing as part of the Sunday afternoon Organ Recital Series at St. Patrick's Cathedral. She has also been a performing member of Trillium Flute Ensemble, Johnson City Community Band, and Bryan Symphony Orchestra.
