Senior Airman Jason Gann Senior Airman Jason Gann, a native of Atlanta GA, has been a member of the Air National Guard Band of the South since 2010. He performs on percussion with the concert and ceremonial bands. Prior to joining the Air National Guard, Airman Gann was a member of the Army for eight years, stationed with the 877th Combat Hvy Engineering Battalion at Winfield Alabama, and later with the 129th Army National Guard Band in Nashville Tennessee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from the University of Alabama, and a Master of Administration degree from Jacksonville State University. His primary teachers include Larry Mathis. As a traditional member of the Air National Guard, Airman Gann serves one weekend a month, two weeks during the year and at other time when called to duty. He is a general music teacher in Barton County, GA. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and playing disc golf.
