Technical Sergeant Barbara Gross Technical Sergeant Barbara Gross enlisted in 2000 in the Air National Guard Band of the Midwest as a bass clarinet player. She performs in the concert band, ceremonial band and clarinet quartet. In addition, she is our unit Awards and Decorations Monitor. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Vander Cook College of Music, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois-Springfield, Illinois, and a professional certificate in Behavior Analyst Therapy from Southern Illinois University. She currently resides in St. Louis, MO where she works with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
