Staff Sergeant Christopher Higgins Christopher Higgins has served as a member of the Air National Guard Band of the Midwest since 2012. Before joining the Band of the Midwest, he served 2 years with the Air National Guard Band of the Central States in St. Louis, MO. He performs on French horn and trombone in the concert band and the Jazz Band. SSgt Higgins has a BS in Music Education from the University of Missouri, and is currently a middle school band director in Missouri.
