Airman 1st Class Andrew Reich

Airman First Class Andrew Reich is a native of Lexington, South Carolina and currently serves as trombonist with the United States Air Force Heritage of America Band. A1C Reich earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Trombone Performance from the University of South Carolina in 2005 while studying with Dr. Brad Edwards. In 2007 Andrew then earned a Master of Music degree in Trombone Performance at the University of Georgia and studied under Philip Jameson and the late Fred Mills. While at the University of Georgia Andrew held the prestigious Bulldog Brass Quintet assistantship and had the honor of being on faculty at the renowned Tatui music festival in Brazil.

Prior to joining the Air Force A1C Reich toured with Tim Zimmerman and the Kings Brass from 2009-2016. The Kings Brass performs 120 concerts a year across the United States, Europe, and South Korea. In addition to Kings Brass, A1C Reich maintained a strenuous teaching and performance schedule to include Symphonies in SC, GA, NC, TN and additional solo appearances in Japan, Italy and Bulgaria. Airman Reich also developed a popular web-based educational platform/site to aid students and professionals achieve audition success.
