Master Sgt. Tadd William Russo is a staff arranger with The United States Air Force Band, Washington, D.C. Originally from Medina, Ohio, he joined the Band in 2003.
Sgt. Russo is a 1999 graduate of Ohio State University (OSU), where he earned both a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Music in education and was the recipient of the OSU College of the Arts Grant for work in theater music. He went on to earn a Master of Music degree from OSU in 2001. While at OSU, he was the composer-in-residence for the OSU Orchestra, and studied with Thomas Wells, Donald Harris and Jan Radzynski. Sgt. Russo is a member of the Society of Composers, Inc. and ASCAP.
