Senior Master Sergeant Chad J. Randolph

Senior Master Sgt. Chad J. Randolph is the Superintendent of Production for The United States Air Force Band, Washington, D.C. Originally from Midland, Michigan, he joined the Band as an audio engineer in 2005.

Before joining the Air Force, Sgt. Randolph provided audio support for such artists as Norah Jones, Steve Winwood, Credence Clearwater Revival, Tom Jones, the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, Micheal Bublé, David Copperfield, Cirque Du Soleil and Creed. Additionally, he provided audio support for off-Broadway shows such as "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," The Who's "Tommy," "Fiddler on the Roof," "Beauty and the Beast," and "City of Angels."

Sgt. Randolph has been on multiple overseas deployments for the U.S. Air Forces Central Command Band where he provided critical support for hundreds of performances before U.S. and Coalition Forces, foreign dignitaries and foreign nationals in over 10 countries and 30 forward operating bases. Additionally, he has managed the Band’s audio team for numerous large-scale events such as Air Force Tattoos, the Guest Artist Series, the Jazz Heritage Series, national community relations tours, and other major performances in and around Washington, D.C.

Sgt. Randolph is a graduate of Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida, where he earned an Associate of Science degree in recording arts in 2004. He also earned an Associate in Applied Science in music from the Community College of the Air Force in 2015.
