Master Sergeant Kevin Martin Master Sergeant Kevin Martin has been part of the Band for over 26 years. He graduated from University of Massachusetts at Lowell and received his masters degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College. He was appointed the band's Supply Manager in 2010. Sergeant Martin has also been the First Sergeant, Unit Deployment Manager and Percussion Section Chief, and currently plays in the concert band and marching band. Sergeant Martin has also performed with our own Ambassadors and the Dixie Blues. In 2010, Sergeant Martin travelled to Southwest Asia to perform operations duties and auxiliary percussion with the CENTAF Band. Sergeant Martin is a police lieutenant in civilian life. His military awards include the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, the Air Reserve Meritorious Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Service and Expeditionary medals.
