Master Sgt. Jeffrey S. Pautz plays cornet and trumpet with the Concert Band, "Brass in Blue" Brass Quintet and "Guardsmen" Big Band. He functions as the director of administration. Originally from Myerstown, PA, his Air Force career began in 1996.
Sergeant Pautz graduated from Lebanon Catholic High School in Lebanon, PA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA, where he also minored in Music. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA. In addition to these degrees he also obtained his Associate of Science degree in Music from the Community College of the Air Force. He is a graduate of the Air Force Non-commissioned Officer Academy and Airman Leadership School correspondence courses.
Sergeant Pautz currently resides in York, PA. He works as a Manufacturing Operations Manager for DENTSPLY International and a senior tax advisor for H&R Block. He is active with the Saint Patrick Parish Music Ministry and is a Junior Achievement volunteer instructor for sixth grade program.
Sergeant Pautz's awards and decorations include the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with three oak leaf clusters, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Governor's Citation.
