Technical Sergeant Jeremy Carles plays the trumpet with the Air National Guard Band of the Northeast. Originally from State College, Pa, his Air Force career began in 2011.
Sergeant Carles graduated from State College Area High School in State College, PA. He then attended The Pennsylvania State University, graduating with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 2004. While at Penn State, Airman Carles also earned a minor in music studies.
Sergeant Carles currently resides in Lancaster, Pa. He works as a Cabinetmaker at Lyndon Heath Cabinetry in Lititz, Pa. and also writes regularly for Lancaster area newspapers.
Sergeant Carles' awards and decorations include the Air Force Achievement Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.
