TSgt Ryan Thomas Terronez serves as a trombone player for the Band of the Pacific-Hawaii as of August, 2014.
Joining the Air Force in 2009, TSgt Terronez was assigned to The Air Force Band of the Golden West, Travis Air Force Base, CA and served as supply clerk and producer for the video production shop. In 2014, he was assigned to The Air Force Band of the Pacific-Hawaii where he served as operations representative and musical director. While assigned to The Band of the Pacific he led and participated in outreach engagements in multiple nations to include Australia, Singapore and Indonesia which enabled the United States to strengthen relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
Originally hailing from Fresno, CA, TSgt Terronez pursued a BM in trombone performance from The University of Minnesota and California State University Fresno. In addition to his academic pursuits, TSgt Terronez studied with renowned trombonist Thomas Ashworth.
