Technical Sergeant Clay Toms performs on horn with the Freedom Winds, Concert Band and Ceremonial Band of the USAF Band of Mid-America, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. In addition, TSgt Toms serves as Operations Representative for Freedom Winds. TSgt Toms entered the Air Force in November 1998.
