Technical Sergeant Justin Lucas is a native of Boise, ID. Justin received both
a Bachelors and Masters in Music from Indiana University in Bloomington,
IN. In 2005, he joined the US Air Force and was assigned to the Band of the
Mid-America, Scott AFB, IL. From 2009-2015 he became a member of the US Air Forces in Europe Band, Ramstein AB, Germany. In September 2015, he again
returned to Scott AFB. Before joining the Air Force, Sergeant Lucas studied
oboe with Linda Strommen, Ted Baskin, Nicholas Daniel, and Jeanne Belfy.
