Tech Sergeant Chris Stelling Technical Sergeant Chris Stelling, a native of Kearney, Nebraska, serves as a saxophonist for the USAF Heritage of America Band. TSgt Stelling earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Saxophone Performance from The University of Nebraska at Kearney in Kearney, Nebraska in 1996.While living in Nebraska, TSgt Stelling performed with many renowned musicians to include Rufus Reid, John Pizzarelli, Josh Groban, Jim Snydero, Matt Wallace, Tom Garling, Dr. Darryl White, Dr. Eric Richards and Wycliffe Gordon. He also served as Music Director and Conductor of the Omaha Jazz Orchestra for the 2004 and 2005 seasons.In the summer of 2013, TSgt Stelling deployed to Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Afghanistan, Jordan and other locations in Southwest Asia in the ten piece rock band, Full Spectrum.
