Tech Sergeant Aaron Trasatt

Technical Sgt. Aaron Trasatt is the keyboardist with Max Impact, The United States Air Force Band, Washington, D.C. Trasatt began his Air Force career in September 2019.

Prior to joining the Air Force, Trasatt held the position as Assistant Music Director for eight seasons at the American Music Theater, a 1600-seat auditorium in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

A native of Mohrsville, Pennsylvania, Trasatt attended Schuylkill Valley High School, performing in various music ensembles and most notably as Jean Valjean in their production of Les Miserables. He earned his Bachelor of Music degree from Lebanon Valley College in 2011 studying under Andy Roberts, Tom Strohman, Jim Miller, Dr. Mark Mecham and Josh Tindall. Prior to graduation, he began his music career in central Pennsylvania as a freelance keyboardist, vocalist and recording artist. Trasatt performed in a variety of entertainment bands and accompanied dozens of local and regional artists, including several contestants from NBC’s The Voice.

Highlights from Trasatt’s Air Force career consist of accompanying country superstar Jessie James Decker at the 2019 National Tree Lighting Ceremony, performing with the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, General David L. Goldfein and supporting the Vice President Mike Pence as a top musical ambassador.
