SMSgt Randy Lee Gorman

Senior Master Sgt. Randy Gorman is a percussionist with the Concert Band, The United States Air Force Band, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C. Originally from Linden, Virginia, his career in the Air Force began in 2004.

Gorman attended James Madison University, graduating in 1998 with a Bachelor of Music degree in education. He then attended the University of Arkansas, where in 2001 he earned a Master of Music degree in performance. Prior to joining the Air Force, Gorman performed with the award-winning Broadway show "Blast!" from 2001 to 2003. He is a member of the Percussive Arts Society, and his teachers include Dr. Todd Johnson and Chal Ragsdale.
