A1C Jordan Miller


Airman First Class (A1C) Jordan Miller performs as a horn player with the United States Air Force (USAF) Heritage of America Band. She is a member of Heritage Brass and the Concert Band.  
Prior to joining the Air Force, A1C Miller was a freelance musician in Colorado, where she performed with ensembles including the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Colorado Springs Philharmonic, and USAF Academy Band. A1C Miller holds a Bachelor’s of Music from the University of Michigan, studying with Adam Unsworth, and a Master’s of Music from the University of Colorado, studying with Michael Thornton. As a graduate student, A1C Miller served as the horn studio teaching assistant and was a featured performer at the College of Music’s inaugural CU at Carnegie showcase at Weill Recital Hall in New York City. She has spent summers at the Aspen Music Festival, Colorado College Music Festival, and the National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute. In addition to her primary teachers, A1C Miller has studied extensively with Andrew Bain, Warren Deck, Fritz Foss, and Bryan Kennedy.
