Senior Airman William Dellinger Senior Airman Dellinger was born and raised in Fairfax, VA, where he studied with Andrew Hitz and David Porter at George Mason University. After earning his BM in Music Education, A1C Dellinger taught general music in grades K – 5 for three years. During this time, he studied with Roger Behrend and David Brown and performed with the Northern Virginia Tuba Euphonium Quartet (NOVATEQ). While A1C Dellinger was with the group, they placed first in the chamber ensemble competitions at both the Northeastern Tuba Euphonium Conference in 2017 and the Mid - Atlantic Tuba Euphonium Conference in 2018. In 2019, he represented the AF in a solo recital at the Army tuba-euphonium conference.
