Staff Sergeant Linda Casul

SSgt Linda Casul is a vocalist with the United States Air Force Band of the West, where she is assigned to the band Top Flight. Sgt. Casul entered the Air Force in May 2016. Prior to assuming her current position, she worked for over 15 years as a career vocalist in Los Angeles, CA.

Throughout her career, SSgt Casul has shared the stage with many artists, such as Slave, Teena Marie, The Gap Band, Brick, Zapp, The Spinners, Bow Wow Wow, Lou Gramm (Foreigner), Mike Peters (The Alarm), Gary Lewis & the Playboys, Stuart Smith (Sweet/Heaven & Earth), Joe Retta (Trans-Siberian Orchestra/Sweet/Heaven & Earth), Chris Frazier (Whitesnake/Foreigner), Eric Dover (Alice Cooper/Slash's Snakepit), Koko Powell (Edgar Winter), Demian Arriaga (Jonas Brothers/Richie Kotzen/Victoria Justice) and many others. At the Village Recorder, where she worked as an audio engineering apprentice, she worked alongside many popular artists ranging from Guns & Roses and the Red Hot Chili Peppers to Christina Aguilera and everything in between. In the classical arena, she toured all over Europe with the Northern California Chamber Chorale as a mezzo-soprano vocalist. As a songwriter, she self-produced and released two solo EP albums and has had a number of publishing deals for her original works. In conjunction with this, she also taught vocal lessons at the School of Rock music school and Music Lessons Los Angeles. Prior to her career in music, SrA Casul studied extensively with legendary jazz vocalists such as Kevyn Lettau, Flora and Diana Purim, Tim "Tio" Owens, Cathy Segal Garcia, LA based choral directors Patrick & Lauren Macy Flahive, and gospel vocalist Chariya Bissonnette.
