Remembering the Glenn Miller legacy
Members of The U.S. Air Force Band perform the music of big band legend Major Glenn Miller as dancers take center stage on April 2, 2019, at the Music Center at Strathmore in North Bethesda, Maryland. The U.S. Air Force Band partnered with Washington Performing Arts to present this concert highlighting the legacy of Major Miller's music and his leadership of the Army Air Force Band. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the disappearance of Miller's plane during World War II. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Master Sgt. Josh Kowalsky)
