USAF Academy Band's Commander promoted to Colonel

Lieutenant General Mike Gould, Superintendent of the United States Air Force Academy, presents newly promoted Colonel Larry Lang, Commander of the United States Air Force Academy Band, with his fourth Meritorious Service Medal. The MSM coincided with his promotion ceremony to full bird Colonel on 3 Oct 2011. Col Lang is only the ninth Colonel in Air Force Band history.
