The USAFE Band's Commander Lt. Colonel Mench and guest conductor Capt. Plosch.
The USAFE Band celebrated the holiday season in Kaiserslautern on December 14th, with a concert at Fruchthalle. The concert was attended by American and German civilian and military leaders as well as members of the local community.
