TSgt Robert Browning

Technical Sergeant Robert Browning serves as a percussionist with Band of the Pacific-Asia, as of March 2019.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, TSgt Browning completed his Bachelors in Music Education from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. Prior to joining the Air Force, he held such positions as Band Director at Marksville HS/JH in Marksville, LA and percussion coordinator/Assistant Band Director for Waxahachie HS/ISD.  In addition to his academic pursuits, TSgt Browning studied with renowned artists Gerry Gibbs, Domminick Cuccia, Ken Green, Anthony Robinson, Johnny Lee Lane, and Steve Smith.  He has also performed with Ellis Marsalis, Jason Marsalis, Aloe Blacc, Tito Puente Jr, Vital Information, Gregg Bissonette, Harvey Pittel, Jack Stamp, Frank Ticheli, Craig Jessop, and Eric Whitacre.
