Members of Top Flight wave goodbye to 2,500 middle school children after a 45-minute performance Oct. 22 at the Lila Cockrell Theater in San Antonio. The popular music ensemble of the Band of the West from nearby Lackland Air Force Base performed four shows in support of Red Ribbon Week, a national observance to raise awareness in youth to make the right decisions about substance abuse and inform them on the dangers of drugs.
