Senior Master Sgt. David Rosengaft is the Superintendent of, and trombonist with, the Ceremonial Brass. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, he joined The United States Air Force Band in 2009.
Sgt. Rosengaft attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. While at SMU, he performed with the Dallas Symphony and at the International Festival-Institute at Round Top. He was featured at the 2008 Eastern Trombone Workshop performing with the SMU Trombone Quartet. Sgt. Rosengaft has also performed with the McLean Orchestra, Washington National Opera and Festival Hill Orchestra. His principal teachers include John Kitzman and Ron Baedke.
