TSgt Ronald Glenn

Technical Sergeant Ronald Glenn, originally from Denver, Colorado, joined the Air Force in November 2006. He currently serves as a saxophonist and woodwind musician with the US Air Force Academy Band stationed in Colorado Springs. Additionally, he supports the squadron’s operations in the capacity of tour manager for the Falconaires.


Prior to enlisting, TSgt Glenn freelanced with Disney, Carnival/Seabourn Cruise Lines, and several five-star hotels in Bangkok, Thailand. He has shared the stage with Amy Grant, Take 6, Lee Greenwood, Sandy Patty, Wynona, Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Jon Fedchock, Jim McNeely, Conrad Herwig, Melina Leon, the Beach Boys, the Temptations, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.


Since joining the Air Force Band Program, TSgt Glenn has performed in various groups on 7 woodwind instruments. He has worked in various support capacities including: supply, operations, finance, readiness and logistics. Career highlights include a USO-style tour for troops deployed to Central Asia over the holidays, and the opportunity to serve in Japan with the USAF Band of the Pacific.
